English Muffin Mini Pizzas , Seedless Grapes, Tossed Salad

My kids love mini pizzas, everyone makes their own, and it is a fun dinner.  I have never bought pizza sauce, I always use pasta sauce, some people say pizza sauce is thicker,  but the only time I had any issues was when  I used marinara.

Thomas’ Original English Muffins BOGO
Ragu Pasta Sauce, $1.67

Friday

Meatball Subs, steamed Broccoli, apple sauce

Last week the big pack of Ground beef was $2.29/lb. if you have some of that you froze, or left over to use this recipe is good, I kind of prefer the taste of homemade meatballs, but I love the convenience of the pre-made frozen kind also. I dump frozen meatballs in the crockpot with sauce and cook on low, so easy and dinner is waiting for us when we get back from sports or whatever running we happen to be doing.
