Menu Monday…A day late! Last night we had computer issues and my computer was locked up for a while, but it is all working now! Dad’s Meatloaf with Tomato Relish, baked potatoes, spinach

This may be the best meatloaf recipe EVER! We have it about once a month, and I will picture, because the tomato relish on top really looks as nice as it tastes!
