Join for free and register your grocery and drugstore shoppers cards on SavingStar (for example, your CVS ExtraCare card, your Tops Bonuscard, etc.) Then, click the eCoupons you want and they will be linked to all of your registered store cards. Use your shoppers card at checkout like you normally do, any offers you have selected will be tracked and your Savingstar account will be credited.
